Master the art of drawing with MIFA's Intensive Drawing Program. This course guides you through essential techniques, from mastering geometric shapes to figure drawing. You'll progress through value scale, tone relationships, and replicate 19th-century techniques in figure drawing. The program culminates in life drawing sessions with a nude model, perfecting your skills in form, proportion, and depth. By the end, you'll confidently command life drawing and traditional techniques, giving you the foundation to excel as an artist.

MIFA's Intermediate Program provides a seamless transition from drawing to painting, focusing on essential techniques like color mixing, temperature, depth, and atmosphere. It includes advanced figure drawing, anatomy and perspective lessons, and various painting methods like grisaille and limited palette techniques. Through structured practice with plaster casts, still lifes, and figure painting, students develop mastery in value relationships and color dynamics, laying the groundwork for professional-level painting.

MIFA's Advanced Painting Program immerses students in full palette techniques, from mastering the interplay of skin tones and environmental colors in figure painting to capturing the texture, atmosphere, and composition in still life works. The program also delves into portrait painting, focusing on head planes, anatomy, and facial features to create expressive, lifelike portraits. Designed for artists seeking to refine their craft, this program offers in-depth training across multiple painting disciplines to elevate artistic expertise.
