No. Selection is curatorial. The participation fee will only be requested after the proposal has been evaluated and approved.
Yes. You may indicate one or more preferred spaces. The Artistic Director will make the final assignment based on the scale of the project, its technical requirements, and calendar availability.
Yes. You must include sketches, renders, plans, references, or prior documentation sufficient to understand how the project will be developed.
Yes. The open call is open to national and international artists, curators, and collectives. Participants will be responsible for their own travel, accommodation, transportation, and logistics.
MIFA will provide general coordination and guidance, but does not have a museographic budget to produce or install external projects. The participant must carry out the installation or hire the necessary personnel.
Yes. The exceptional financial consideration letter must be submitted together with the proposal. Requests submitted afterwards will not be considered.
Yes. Talks, workshops, performances, screenings, and other activations must be described within the proposal and are subject to approval and availability.
Selection will only be considered confirmed after the acceptance of the terms, the signing of the exhibition agreement, and the payment of the deposit — or the written approval of an exceptional financial consideration.
